BIO
In my day job, I am the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Overseas Military Sales Corporation (OMSC), the world’s leading marketer of automobiles to the U.S. Military, Diplomatic, Foreign Service, and international business communities outside the United States. I was born and raised around cars, leadership, and Manhattan.
Time spent charitably is a life value, therefore I serve as the Director of the Allen and Lola Goldring Foundation, a family philanthropy that supports medical and artistic concerns. I also serve on numerous boards, including NYU’s Center for Global Affairs, the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club, and the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Association. I am an upstanding member of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS), The Institute of Politics and Global Affairs at Cornell University, The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). I am a recipient of the U.S. Navy’s 2012 Rear Admiral John J. Bergen Industry Award. I was named a finalist in Ernst & Young’s 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year New York Program and frequently lecture on the topics of entrepreneurship and leadership.
In my night “vocation,” I am a standup comic, and have been performing to fans and hecklers alike for thirty years. I have a weekly standing gig at the Comic Strip, and I have performed at every major comedy club in the NY/NJ area including UG comedy at the One-on-One Club, Pangea, the Comedy Pro Showcase @ Comic Strip Live, Gotham Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, New York Comedy Club and Stand Up New York.
I live in Manhattan with my wife and three children, Olivia, Jason, and Asher.
